📄️ Introduction
By clicking the "Edit/Export Meshes" button, you set a tool to the "Edit/Export Meshes" mode. If you are using the Character Convertor or Cloth Convertor tool, you need to click the "Step 2: Deform Character Shape" button first.
📄️ Manage Meshes
Clicking the "Manage Meshes" button pops up a dialog window as follows:
📄️ Mouse Operation in Viewport
The selection and un-selection of meshes can also be performed by clicking the right mouse button in the viewport as follows:
📄️ Refresh
Clicking this button clears all the mesh selections.
📄️ Gizmo
The gizmo allows translation, rotation and scaling of selected meshes, or all visible meshes if no meshes are selected.
📄️ Switch Class
Clicking this button sets the face classes of selected meshes, or all visible meshes if no meshes are selected.
📄️ Duplicate/Copy Meshes
Clicking the "Duplicate Meshes" button duplicates selected meshes, or all visible meshes if no meshes are selected, within the scene.
📄️ Delete Meshes
Clicking this button deletes selected meshes.
📄️ Hide Meshes
Clicking this button hides selected or, if nothing selected, all visible meshes.
📄️ Show Meshes
Clicking this button shows all meshes.
📄️ Flip Meshes
Clicking this button flips selected meshes, or all visible meshes if no meshes are selected.
📄️ Smooth and Decimate
Clicking this button allows smoothing and decimating selected meshes, or all visible meshes if no meshes are selected as follows.
📄️ Align Meshes
Clicking this button aligns (fine-tune) all visible meshes (source) to all visible meshes (target) in the other scene (middle or right).
📄️ Merge Meshes
Clicking this button starts one of the following processes if there are any visible meshes.
📄️ Merge Meshes In Both Views
This button is only shown in the middle scene of the Cloth Convertor tool. It is used to merge sim. meshes and render meshes respectively to one mesh.
📄️ Decompose Using Face Groups
Clicking this button decomposes selected meshes, or all visible meshes if no meshes are selected, to meshes such that each result mesh has only one face group.
📄️ Decompose Meshes To Isolated Meshes
Clicking this button starts one of the following processes if there are any visible meshes.
📄️ Transfer Textures
Clicking this button transfers textures of selected meshes, or all visible meshes if no meshes are selected, from the model (source) in other scene (middle or right) as follows.
📄️ Synchronize Body Helpers
Clicking this button synchronizes body helpers with body of an interchangeable base character.
📄️ Set/Transfer Skeleton
Clicking this button sets the skeleton and skin weights of an interchangeable base character in the right scene to the default, or transfers them from the interchangeable base character in the middle scene.
📄️ Export Model
Clicking this button exports selected meshes, or all visible meshes if no meshes are selected, to a file. When a skeletal model is exported, its skeleton and skin weights are also exported.
📄️ Export Assets
This function is only available in right scene when Dress3D is used.
