Sim And Render Cloth
This tutorial shows how to convert and dress the "Sim Mesh" and "Render Mesh" using following any of the following methods:
- Method 1: treat them separately as independent clothes
- Method 2: merge and stitch them to one isolated mesh, convert the isolated mesh to an interchangeable cloth asset; after putting the cloth asset on a character, decompose cloth to "Sim Mesh" and "Render Cloth" which can be exported
- Method 3: convert them together to one interchangeable cloth asset; after putting the cloth asset on a character, the "Sim Mesh" and "Render Cloth" are automatically created and can be exported
Recommendations:

If the "Sim Mesh" and "Render Mesh" are the "Thin" and "Thick" clothes exported by the Marvelous Designer software, use Method 3, as shown in the tutorial.

Otherwise, use Method 1 or 2 first, and if they fail because the "Render Cloth" is too large, then use Method 3.
The "Sim Mesh" and "Render Mesh" are often used in the UE 5 Chaos Cloth system.
